Our Owner-Managed option is perfect for do-it-yourselfers. This option is our most affordable, but requires more of your time to perform. It’s a great way to earn sweat-equity in your home or to expand your construction budget. We provide all of the resources so you can successfully complete your project.
Here’s what we provide:

• A detailed cost estimate for each phase of the project
• Assistance in obtaining construction financing including the necessary paperwork such as a builder agreement and specifications.
• A step by step schedule and week by week calendar to follow.
• A list of approved subcontractors for each phase of the project.
• Assistance in obtaining builder pricing for major items.
• Unlimited consultation until completion.

You handle the day-to-day management of the project, which includes:

• Getting bids, selecting subs and suppliers for each phase.
• Scheduling the work and checking on the progress.
• Handling the money, requesting funds from the bank, paying bills and keeping track of the budget.
